Terms and Conditions Volare Travel Tours and Excursions
All bookings and excursions made through volaretravel.gr (Christos Barkas – Volare Travel) are subject to the Legislation of Greek Travel Agencies and The Consumer Protection Law.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
The first named person on the booking (main customer) must be authorized to make the booking on the basis of these booking conditions by all persons named on the booking and by their parent or guardian for all party members who are under 18 when the booking is made. By submitting the booking to us the main customer confirms that he/she is so authorized. The main customer is responsible for making all payments due to Volare Travel. The main customer must be over 18 when the booking is made.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. If full payment is not received at the time of booking, we have the right cancel your booking.
Payments can be made by all major credit cards with no additional charge.
All prices include VAT by the Greek Law.
All excursions and tours are subject to the availability of your chosen arrangements and receipt of all applicable payments.
Volare Travel will confirm your booking by issuing a confirmation email and voucher. This e-mail will be sent to the party leader after the payment.
If you have any special request, you must advise us at the time of booking. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability.
If you or any member of your party has any medical condition or disability which may affect your arrangements or has any special requirements as a result of any medical condition or disability (including any which affect the booking and tour or excursion process), please tell us before you pay for your booking so that we can assist you in considering the suitability of the arrangements and/or making the booking.
If you wish to amend your booking once it has been confirmed please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to amend your booking without an extra charge. Please note it may not always be possible to make amendments. An amended voucher (where applicable) will be issued to you.
You can change your booked excursion’s date / time or even swap it with another excursion, provided that we are informed about the changes minimum 7 days before your excursion depending on availability. Added charges may apply and any other applicable charges will be added (that can alter excursion‐tour organisational cost) depending on your changes.
In the unlikely event that your arrangements are significantly amended or cancelled by us before commencement date we will offer you the choice of the following options: (1) accept the change (for significant changes) or (2) upgrade, downgrade or swap alternative comparable arrangements (3) cancel your booking in which case you will receive a full refund that you have paid for the excursion‐tour. We do our best to organize our excursions‐tours as they are described in our web‐site, however Volare Travel reserves the right to cancel or alter all or any part of any excursion‐tours without prior notice.
The options set out above represent the full extent of our liability to you in the event of a significant change or cancellation of your arrangements.

Our customer satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best within our capacity to resolve all the issues.
Any claim or dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the governing country in which the Excursion or Activity took place (Greece‐Corfu). By booking an Excursion or Tour with us you agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
